Wednesday July 24:

WS-1 / 16.15-17.45 / Cross-training / Dark Fusion

WARM-UP Yoga/Pilates, Ballet light, core strength

TECHNIQUE & DRILLS: isolation work entire body, arm flow, foot work

​

WS-2 / 18.00-19.45 / DARK FUSION

Dramatic exercises to put intention and storytelling into our movements.

Short choreo/combo work with lots of darkness

​

Thursday July 25: - fully booked!

WS-3 / 16.15-17.45  / Cross-training / Skirt Fusion

WARM-UP Yoga/Pilates, Ballet light, core strength

TECHNIQUE & DRILLS: foot work, arms, flow & turns - and SKIRT work!

WS-4 / 18.00-19.45 / SKIRT FUSION

Dramatic exercises to put intention and storytelling into our movements.

Short choreo/combo work with lots of darkness.

Advanced skirt work in this class!

WARM-UP Yoga/Pilates, jazz ballet

TECHNIQUE & DRILLS: footwork / Charleston - Jazz, working with the hat

WS-6 / 18.00-19.45 / DARK BURLESQUE FUSION

We will work with mime-theater and cabaret style storytelling into a firecracker combo/choreo ... your life will never be the same after this workshop :)
